Returns can be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if the product does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it within the conditions outlined below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

Return conditions

To process your return correctly, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns must be shipped back within 14 days after registering the return;
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition;
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging;
  • Products with makeup stains, odors, or visible signs of use may be subject to a reduction in value.

If a product is no longer in resellable condition, we may return the product to you. In this case, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

Free Products Included in Promotions

If you received a free product as part of a promotion:

  • the free product must also be returned if the order is partially or fully returned;
  • if the free product is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund amount.

Hygiene products

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

This applies to our Idimota BRAIDFIT BALACLAVA:

  • The product is delivered in a sealed package (heat seal);
  • Once the seal has been broken, the right to return expires.

Registering a Return

Do you want to return a product? Please contact us first via:

In your email, please include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return (optional)

After registration, you will receive further return instructions.

For returns within the Netherlands, you will receive a PostNL return label.
For returns from other European countries, you will receive our return address so you can arrange the shipment yourself.

Returns that have not been registered in advance may not be processed.

Return costs

Returns within the Netherlands

For returns within the Netherlands, we will send a PostNL return label after registration.

The cost for the return shipment is €4.95.
This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Returns from the rest of Europe

For returns outside the Netherlands, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment yourself.

We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace and sharing the tracking number with us so we can monitor the return shipment.

Please note: Returns are shipped at the customer’s own risk. Idimota is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • you will receive your refund within 14 days;
  • the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until we have received the returned product or until proof of shipment has been provided.

If you return the entire order, the original shipping costs paid when placing the order will also be refunded.

If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final provision 

We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. The policy applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time of purchase
