Order processing
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code, so you can track the delivery of your package.
Transit time
From the moment the package is handed over to the carrier, the following estimated delivery times apply:

1 – 2 business days after shipping
Belgium, Germany, France
2 – 4 business days after shipping
Other European countries
3 – 7 business days after shipping

Shipping
All orders are shipped via PostNL with track & trace.
Once an order has been shipped, further delivery is handled by the carrier. Although we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If a package cannot be delivered, it may be delivered by the carrier to a parcel pick-up point or to neighbors.
Incorrect address details
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may be charged for resending the package.
